The development offers a diverse range of residential options, including 108 one-bedroom units, 134 two-bedroom units, and an additional 6 two-bedroom units with a maid’s room. It also features 74 three-bedroom units with a maid’s room and 8 exclusive four-bedroom penthouse units, each with a maid’s room.

The apartments feature hard finishes and include kitchen white goods such as a stove, oven, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Loose furniture is not included.

Residents will enjoy exclusive access to a comprehensive range of amenities, including concierge and security services, a private pool deck with a green lawn and BBQ area, separate adults’ and children’s pools, a fully equipped gym, social and co-working lounges, a children’s play area, and a dedicated teens’ gaming zone. In front of the Bashayer Residences (apartments) is a 3.5 km waterfront promenade featuring boardwalks extending over the water, a multisport centre, various sports courts, children’s playgrounds, community retail, a mosque, an express petrol station, and ample visitor parking.
